NPS Scotland Finals at Blair Castle - 25th August
For the first time ever In Hand Mountain and Moorland's ponies have been given finals to qualify for at Blair Castle. It is the most idyllic setting, showing in front of the castle. It was also very special for me because as a small child I lived on the Atholl Estates.
I took only my yearling filly Rosedust Fairytale and picked up my mother's stallion Eyarth Mowgli on route. Both ponies were 2nd in their Native classes and my yearling came a creditable 6th in a large Hunter pony Breeding class for all ages.

Nerves were starting to kick in by Tuesday morning.First on was Rosedust Fairytale in the Welsh Section B Yearling filly class and much to my delight she was 6th in a very large class.
Next up was Rosedust Little Fairygold in the 2 year old filly class, she finished an amazing 3rd. I was so proud of my two fillies.
Wednesday morning saw Rosedust Fairytale all plaited up for the Riding Pony Breeding, where she won the Tom Sprightly Trophy for the highest Welsh Pony within the section.
